Our commitment

Q-Rope USA is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe training should be for every body, and so should the experience of shopping with us. We aim to conform to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard, the benchmark referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we've done

  • The site is fully keyboard-operable: menus, galleries, product options, video viewers and forms can all be reached and used without a mouse.
  • Screen-reader support: product options, prices, cart updates and form results are announced; images carry text alternatives; ratings and sale prices are exposed as text.
  • Dialogs (menu, search, media viewer) manage keyboard focus and close with Escape.
  • Pinch-zoom and text resizing are never blocked.
  • Animations, autoplaying video and moving content stop when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
  • Color contrast meets the AA thresholds across text and controls.

Known limitations

Some product and training videos do not yet include captions (they are demonstrations without narration). Checkout is provided by Shopify and follows Shopify's accessibility practices. We review reported issues continuously.
