Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on every order.

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimums, no codes.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are fulfilled from U.S. warehouses through Amazon's fulfillment network. Most orders arrive within 4–8 days of purchase. Delivery to some remote areas (including parts of Alaska and Hawaii) may take a little longer.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us at qrope@t-h.co.il and we'll look into it.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and want a Q-Rope, write to us at qrope@t-h.co.il and we'll point you to the right place to order.

Wrong address or delivery problems
If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
