3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

What's covered

Every Q-Rope device is covered by a 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting on the day your order is delivered. Q-Rope products are engineered, tested and built in-house, and we stand behind that for three full years.

What we'll do

If a covered defect shows up within the warranty period, contact us and we'll repair or replace the product free of charge, including shipping both ways. If we can't repair or replace it, we'll refund it.

How to make a claim

• Email qrope@t-h.co.il with your order number (or proof of purchase) and a short description of the issue.
• Photos or a short video help us resolve claims faster.
• We'll respond within two business days with the next steps.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and cosmetic aging that doesn't affect function.
• Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to the product instructions (for example, anchoring on unsafe structures).
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Loss or theft.

Scope

This warranty applies to products purchased in the United States from this store or from our official Amazon listing. It is provided by Tal and Hadas Inc (doing business as Q-Rope USA) and is in addition to your 30-day return right.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
